Oooh Throwbacks! May we keep them?

Hello AP. I'm not even gonna get into how messed up I am from yesterdays game. Or the fact that we seem to make some average player famous way too often. Instead I wanna talk about the throwbacks. To me, it was great to see us wearing something new out there. It wasnt a drastic change, but still very cool IMO. Other teams in the league have alt. uniforms and wear them more often. Can we bring these back maybe once a year from now on? I would also like to see more of Warpaint. On a dismal Monday something else for us to discuss other than another loss. What do you guys think?

For some reason I thought the red yesterday looked better.

I’d like to see helmets with just a white arrowhead, no black trim, no red KC.

Bobble hats

I liked the bobble hats and the hoodies with the seams on the outside were nice. Maybe pick off the map of Texas though.

Minus Texas on the helmets.........

I really liked the throwback uniforms! I am not a fan of the state of texas on there, but outside of that, I LOVED the look!

The gray facemask looked great….I loved the fact that there were no stripes on the sleeves (just solid red). There was VERY little yellow on their uniforms, which to me is a great thing. And the black shoes were the best part….LOVED seeing them out there wearing black shoes!!

It just makes them look tougher, more old-school. Love the look…wish they’d keep all of those features with an arrowhead on the helmet. That should be our permanent look. Now just find tougher players to wear those uniforms, and we’ll be in business!!

I’ve been wanting them to do that for awhile.

I carry a lighter around in my pocket wherever I go...I don't smoke, I just really like certain songs.

Maybe the players can wear some Steve Madden designed cleats too?

How about a nice little gold scarf? The pants are already tight, why not replace them with skinny jeans?

the lack of so much yellow on the jerseys was nice

I’ve been saying forever that we need to either get rid of the yellow or make it more gold because we’re red and gold, not red and big bird yellow

I liked the jerseys being mostly red and white....

…..I have always liked jerseys when the numbers looked like they were just stitched on without a yellow shadow behind it. The Giants do it with theirs and I like the look, that would be the only change I would like to see to the current jerseys, that and maybe put the numbers on top of the shoulder pads and an arrowhead where the numbers currently are. I liked the Grey facemasks more than I thought I would but the Texas crap on the sides has got to go. I could even go for the helmets being solid red, kinda looked old school and definately tougher. Would like to see them a few times a year.
