The Tampa Bay Buccaneers plan to talk to at least a few other candidates about their offensive coordinator opening, including Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Chan Gailey and Browns offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski.
Hmmm...sounds like a migration to the south. My opinion is that if Chan was interviewing for the HC position, it would seem like he's looking for a promotion and I could understand that.
Since he's interviewing for a position that is a lateral move I would guess that with all the other Chiefs coaching interviews there's going to be a lot of changes.
Read into it what you will, but an OC doesn't interview for a lateral move with another team unless he thinks that his position will be gone.
