VIDEO: Chiefs Set up Interview with Scott Pioli
Marty Schottenheimer apparently is out; Scott Pioli could still be in -- but there's little time to waste. The Chiefs' search for a new general manager still appears centered on Pioli, the New England Patriots' vice president of player personnel.

Pioli wants to be in charge of everything
But Hunt has said he wants to seperate the business side from the football side.
This is what I’ve been hearing as well. Will be interesting to see what concessions Clark is willing to make to get the guy he wants or if he is convinced that the new alignment he has drawn up of dividing power is more important to him.
I think your FanPost was right DJ
All indications are that Pioli wants to stay in New England, unless he gets EVERYTHING he wants.

How exciting...
I’m glad that we’re making moves. Unlike the last 3 years. (I don’t consider Ty Law a good move)
We may be "playing to win the game", but it seems like we're coaching to lose.
'09, a new era begins.
For the land of the free and the home of the CHIEFS!
