Chiefs could consider Cardinals’ Haley
I'm really intrigued by this idea - even if my first thought was a defensive coach. It's hard to argue with Parcell's stamp of approval. Also (if it happened, big if) it would lead me to believe that the Chiefs would very strongly consider Crabtree at #3.

What is interesting about this is
That you get the feeling Schefter was sitting watching the Cards and Eagles and was like: “Hey! The Cardinals offense is pretty good. The Chiefs ought to hire him!”.
I swear he’s just guessing. Every day he thinks of someone different.

I know 3 things
1. Schefter knows a hell of lot more connected NFL people than I do
2. Until the club announces that Herm will return for a 4th year, I’ll continue to take great interest in Chiefs head coaching speculation
3. This may be speculation on his part, but his assumptions aren’t illogical

Completely agree
I said these words out loud today that Haley called a perfect 1st half. I was like “Why isn’t this guy a hot candidate?” Interesting to think about.

Kurt Warner and Anquan Bolid were yelling at him on the sidelines
….Gruden-like?

He also famously clashed with TO in Dallas
It’s possible that he’s simply a fiery guy who doesn’t take shit

Well as a Cards fan, I hope he stays right where he is, sorry Chiefs fans. :) But yeah its going to be harder and harder to keep him if he has any desire to be a head coach given the success of the Cards offense this year especially

Congrats to your Cards.
It was a fun game to watch!

All things considered
Pioli will no doubt consider all things and one is, that wide receiver would make anyone look good, and there was a losing streak wasn’t there? And Kallor, I hope you get to keep him and keep winning too—-and congratulations. Constantly losing people takes the fun out of it———-if they’re any good that is.
