Welcome to KC Scott Pioli, home of the most rabid football fans in the NFL!

That'll Make It A Clean Sweep

The entire defensive coaching staff looks like it’ll be gutted next year. Gibbs was the only one whose area of responsibility looked at all promising.

Herm Edwards will not be the Chiefs' head coach next season.

They said "former"

Wasn’t he still employed here which would make him “currently” employed?

We need a future defensive leader, his name is James Laurinaitis and he can be selected in round 1 of the upcoming Draft.

Whose to say Gun

Will not wind up back in Tennessee? They have much better personnel than we do, I could see him succeeding there.

And they are not a tampon 2 team.

He Was Only Linebackers Coach

And I think Fisher’s got someone else in mind for the DC position…can’t remember the name but I heard it mentioned.

Herm Edwards will not be the Chiefs' head coach next season.

Eric, you retart ;)

Bill Parcell’s: "You are what your record says you are."

Thigpen WILL NOT be the Chiefs starting QB next year IMO. He can compete for the job and should be 2nd or 3rd string.

our secondary

was the only half-way decent part of our D. I guess pioli has someone in mind…….

by DT58forever on Jan 16, 2009 9:42 AM CST reply actions

Maybe

He’ll demote herm to secondary coach.

by black mamba on Jan 16, 2009 9:45 AM CST up reply actions

i wish

herm would coach the secondary but that will never happen

by DT58forever on Jan 16, 2009 9:47 AM CST reply actions

Probably

Herm won’t take that much of a demotion

I thought Priefer was out special teams coach?
ESPN – Chiefs Special Teams coach Gibbs is in as Texans DB coach – AFC South

Huh?

You're Right

ESPN was wrong.

This, by the way, is the kind of crap that made me skeptical when ESPN analysts said that the Chiefs were improving this year because they were “rebuilding”. They aren’t interested in what happens in KC when the Chiefs aren’t winning so it’s not really important to them to put a lot of thought into what they write about the Chiefs.

Herm Edwards will not be the Chiefs' head coach next season.

ESPN jumped the shark...

with that Who’s Now crap they ran. Jay Glazer at Fox is far more credible than any of the meat gazers at ESPN.

Proud to be a part of the Conference of Champions and their complete bowl season domination.

But

Isn’t it vitally important to know who can party more like a rock star? LeBron James or Tiger Woods? What about how much more fly they are in endorsement deals? Or the music they like…how are we supposed to know what kind of music we like if we can’t find out what all the stars like?

I can’t remember the last time I actually watched an entire SportsCenter when I wasn’t running on a treadmill. They just fill the show with so much pointless crap.

Herm Edwards will not be the Chiefs' head coach next season.

Ya'll just now catching on to what I have been saying all year

about the media when it comes to writing about the Chiefs? Guys, show more respect to your elders!

:) I’m just playing with ya, no need to email my mom and employer again.

We need a future defensive leader, his name is James Laurinaitis and he can be selected in round 1 of the upcoming Draft.

Gibbs

He was the best coach on the team he made viable players out of three rookie corners. Now for all Galey did his offense failed to adjust after halftime so I put Gibbs over him.
