Chiefs shun Kuharich?
CBS sports columnist Clark Judge argues the Chiefs did themselves - and Bill Kuharich - a disservice by not considering him for the vacant GM position.

I realize
That this piece doesn’t really fit with the current mood here at AP, and I don’t particularly agree with Judge, but this is a relevant opinion. And raises a good question: does Kuharich stay on?

I somewhat agree
Although I think that Pioli is a great hire, I also think Kuharich is a talented personell guy. I think he will find a job, and will be an asset to whatever team picks him up. I hope he stays on, but I would be suprised if he did.

He's Not From the Outside
Yeah, I think he did a good job with the draft, especially last year, but he doesn’t meet Hunt’s criteria (which I believe was critical) that the new GM be from the outside and have been part of a successful organization.
I don't fight extra players.
REMEMBER
This is the man that traded the ENTIRE draft for Ricky Williams when he as GM for New Orleans. Carl brought him in the back door as a scout or something and he soon worked his way up the ranks with Carls help. Glad Kuharich didn’t get it hope he doesn’t stay.
Also the guy
As Whitlock pointed out a while ago, that didn’t know who Ben Rothleisberger was right before the draft.
Keep Thum as President. He’s good at that.

Right
Kuharich is not GM material. I was thanking god that Hunt was going outside the organization to find a GM because I was afraid Kuharich was Peterson’s successor.
The Day Herm Edwards didn't get his team ready to beat the Raiders at Arrowhead is the day he kissed his job goodbye.
So long, farewell, auf Wiedersehn GOODBYYYEE!
