I can agree with
making a decision on the coaching staff now. Municipalities are already hiring seasonal staff for the summer so Krumrie can get a job as a lifeguard yelling at kids.
We need a future defensive leader, his name is James Laurinaitis and he can be selected in round 1 of the upcoming Draft.

Gailey should stay
I think Chan Gailey is a fine pick as OC and seems to have the smarts to work with just about any player in any system. I will be glad when Gun is gone. I am almost as giddy over who our next DC will be over Pioli & HC.
