Browns owner Randy Lerner interviewed Ravens director of pro personnel George Kokinis on Sunday in the New York area and the interview went well, a source close to the situation said.
But if the Browns decide to hire Kokinis, they can't do so until the Ravens grant them permission -- and Kokinis will be heavily involved in scouting the Steelers for Sunday's AFC Championship game between the two teams Sunday in Pittsburgh.
Prepare for the possibility of this thing continuing into February.
