I hear some of the candidates for the KC front office position are being told today they are no longer candidates — either a sign that Scott Pioli is coming or they are no longer in the mix.

You're sick of waiting for the GM...
Wait till it takes them a month to sign the head coach. :)

The season isn't even over yet.
If it is Pioli, the only reason we would be getting him soon is because NE didn’t make the playoffs.
Indecision is the key to flexibility

We will know for sure
if Herm is fired tomorrow! I am kind of a cold dude, I will break the news to Herm if need be!
Lets hope Clark lets the new GM start fresh, with his guys. Who would want a coach, who has lost twice as many as he has won in KC?

Who knows what Scott Pioli will be like?
When King Carl came to KC he did a lot of good things for the Chiefs know matter what you think. We were a winning team most of the time. We never did much in the playoffs but we made it there. So what is Scott Pioli going to do? Can he take us farther and faster the King Carl did? I hope that he at least takes us farther then Carl did. I give a lot of credit for what Carl did for the Chiefs but the ties should have been cut a lot sooner then now. The big thing is that Lamar Hunt treated employees like family and they just kept him to long. I don’t think Clark was in a hurry to get rid of someone that taught him so much. Clark has real big shoes to fill. I think in the long run he will do fine. I know one thing he is the type of person that wants to win but he also wants to do it the right way. I think in the long run by building through the draft is the right way. It just hurts to see that Chiefs have such a bad year.
