The Miami Dolphins have agreed to terms with fullback Casey Cramer and have cut fullback Boomer Grigsby.
This comes two days after Dolphins running backs Ricky Williams and Ronnie Brown combined for only 47 yards on 16 carries in a season-opening loss to the Jets.
