"I would be shocked if he put up great numbers or you see a game where he throws for 350 yards, and they win handily right from the start."

I hate Phil Simms!
When he is calling the games, I cuss him more than I did Solari’s playcalling!

Yeah but
I think he’s right on with Croyle right now. He looks like he’s improved immensely from last year, but is still pretty inconsistent with some of his passes. I think he will continue to improve over time, especially the more he gets to work with his receivers.
And Simms is right in the quote Chris posted here. With the offense the Chiefs are going to run and the conservative philosophy, the emphasis will be on doing what it takes to win the game rather than throwing up big numbers for the QB. Personally I think thats the way it SHOULD be.

What ever it takes to WIN
I could care less if Brodie through the ball so much that on pass number 75, his arm went with the ball!

If D-Bowe caught the ball and the arm
how would that be placed in the stats? 2 receptions on one pass attempt? That would assure him a spot in Hawaii in my opinion.

Sounds good to me!
It would take some balls to catch a football with an arm attached to it.

And if Bowe zigged when he should have zagged
and the pass hit the ground arm and all, wouldn’t it be a fumble?

Would it be a
Dead ball if the arm landed first, and the ball never hit the ground?
