Aw

Poor Sippio. He’s got the heart.

There is a character minimum on FanPosts

and it’s not for repeating the same thing.

You should try the FanShots for something short like this.

I'll Go A Bit Further

If you feel like insulting a player who worked his butt off, conducted himself in public, didn’t say a negative word about anyone that I heard of and just didn’t happen to be talented enough to make a roster through no fault of his own, maybe you should stay on the KC Star message boards with all the other trolls who don’t have anything useful to say.

If you wanted to make a performance based argument against Sippio, fine, state your case (and I’ll probably agree with most of it because he probably wasn’t good enough to make the roster). If you just feel like ripping on the guy and running him down because you think it’s funny, though, that doesn’t make you anything but an asshole.

Supporting the lesser of two evils is still supporting something evil.

I think I'm rubbing off on Crawford

Completely agree with you by the way.

I'd Say The Same Thing About Any Player

These guys are people like us just trying to do a job…as customers we may have opinions on the quality of service that they’ve given us, but I don’t think there’s any reason to go insulting them just for the sake of insulting them. Sometimes people give their best effort and their best simply isn’t good enough and they fail…there’s nothing that merits being ridiculed in that.

Supporting the lesser of two evils is still supporting something evil.

Well put

Sippio may have not made the team, but he never asked for all the support, accolades or hype. I dont think any of us received a call from Ray Farmer to try out. He doesnt deserve that junk. He is still a man and deserves a atta boy for putting forth his best effort.

Season is starting

and all this guy can say is thank God Sippio didn’t make the team? There has got to be something much more interesting to talk about…………..I don’t know a game against the AFC champs with Brady playing or not playing.

Sippio shall be missed by the PARADE

Seriously, admittedly he probably played beyond his capabilities to even get a spot last year, but with our receiving core still up in the air, its entirely possible we made a mistake. Probably not, but its possible.

Also, you’re a jerk sir.

Furthermore, not that Priest wasn’t super great and all, but he ain’t going to Canton, and I’m pretty sure he’s slated for some new Tyler Perry driven sitcom with fellow ego-loony Chad Javon Ocho Cinco on the CW.

So here’s to SIppio proving us all wrong, including the newly OAPP demerit’d jerk.

A Quick Lesson To You On Trolling
Cry me a river sippio fans!

See, it’s comments like this that get you written off as an asshole.

Most Sippio fans here don’t have a problem with him getting waived. Most of the people who post here are Chiefs fans first and foremost who take a lot of time to study and learn about their team and they realize that getting rid of him was performance-based and that there were other options at WR that were probably more promising. What they didn’t appreciate was someone writing a pointless fanpost that came off as nothing more than saying “Sippio sucks” over and over again without offering any sort of intellectual value. Most of the people here are willing to discuss and even accept unpopular opinions so long as they’re presented in a rational manner.

What they don’t like are people who decide to go trolling or to take personal shots at Chiefs (and ex-Chiefs) players who haven’t merited it. One of the best things about Arrowhead Pride is that it’s a self-policing community where the readers and contributors care about the quality of content that’s presented and we play by big boy rules. If behaving like a big kid’s too much for you to take in, then you’re probably better suited for the Star instead of here…over there you can make all the derivative anti-Sippio comments you want there and nobody will care what you have to say.

Supporting the lesser of two evils is still supporting something evil.

Damn, DJ was right

He has trully rubbed off on you! That was wrong of this fella to come off like that. I wish though I had the chance that Sippio did, it would have been an awesome experience!

Agreed On Sippio

As for DJ rubbing off on me, I don’t think it’s that so much as everyone’s got a tolerance level. DJ just hits the end of his a little earlier than I do mine :)

..

You keep the best players," he said. “Some people look at that and say you can’t keep five running backs. Why not? If those five running backs are better than the eighth and the ninth guy at another position, then why not? It doesn’t make sense not to. You keep the best players because they’ll find a way to play, and then you have a bargaining chip. You have strength at one position.”

Your post may not have drummed up so much,

had you posted all your thoughts originally.

And your original post was incorrect

He will be a part of “our” team because he will be a fan of his cousin. Ignorance is bliss, until you realize you did not know.

Good point

Not many cousins forget to root for their kin…What might really piss off 31 is if we all renamed our post signatures Sippio1, Sippio2, Sippio3 and so on…There would be a whole bunch of Sippio running around here!
