PrintDaniel Holtzclaw and Eastern Michigan won Thursday night 52-0 over Indiana State. Holtzclaw was credited with two solo tackles and three assists and a sack. EMU entered halftime with a 28-0 lead, allowing the Sycamores just 95 yards of total offense, while the Eagles totaled 365 yards of their own in the first 30 minutes of the contest. My guess is he didn't play very long.
The Eagles are back in action next weekend when they travel to East Lansing, Mich. to take on the Michigan State Spartans, Saturday, Sept. 6, at 1 p.m.
