He said to me, "you have to make a decision...do you want to be the big fish in the small pond, or do you want to be the little fish in the big pond." I remember not answering him, but rather just taking some time to think and thought...NEITHER!!! I wanted to be the big fish in the big pond! That's what I went on to become...the big fish in the big pond.
