Chris Henry is looking for work and KC's looking for a 2nd WR until our guy from MU (Will Franklin) is ready and then he'd be an excellent third option. We could sign him to a contract for 2 years 4-8 million with 0-500 thousand in garuntees and bonuses based on conduct and production.
Excerpt from ESPN "Henry believes he can be a productive player for someone next season. The 6-foot-4 receiver has shown good ability as a third target in Cincinnati. During last year's eight-game suspension, the Bengals were 2-6 without Henry and 5-3 with him in the lineup. In three seasons, he recorded 88 career receptions for 1,370 yards and 17 touchdowns.

I have a problem with signing thugs
We have a very young team and I think its a horrible idea signing guys that cant stay out of trouble. Last thing you need is a guy like that being a mentor to young guys.

I hope
he signs with the cowboys and he gets involved in a shooting with tank johnson and pacman jones imploding “America’s Team”. We are not the Oakland raiders, I wouldn’t let Henry get within 10ft of our franchise.

I would never wish anything like that on anyone. But I see zero chance they bring him in and they shouldn’t.

Chris Henry is twice as dumb as sh*t
I’d lump this bozo in the ring with Pacman as the “most likely to never complete a full season ever again due to their own stupidity”.
It’s unfortunate, because he really is a quality receiver. But if we just got rid of Jared Allen because he was “at risk”, then there is negative chance that we bring in Henry. This kid is at risk like a diabetic in a Twinkie eating contest.
