I really hope Barth gets the job
I like his mental approach to the game – I think it makes him less likely to pull a Medlock on us.

Good point!
I also think that having competition will push whoever gets the job to become better, unlike Medlock who had no one breathing down his neck (and thus no major reason to improve his game).
