The crap I think of....

Well, I have a hard time believing that the Chiefs will take a quarterback this year in the draft. If they do it will be late.... Another Brodie Crap! This leaves me no choice. If the Chiefs think that they should go young, and obviously field crap quarterbacks. Lets dump Huard. He's old. And really... just not that good. Let's sign Joey Harrington and/or David Carr. Their both young.... And Crap! But, atleast at one time they were high picks. And maybe we could get lucky and atleast one of them turn it around and be better than the current crap that we have.

What makes you thik Brodie is crap?
Just because he was drafted in the 3rd round he is crap?  The only thing keeping Croyle from being a 1st round pick was his injury history.

So what evidence can you provide the Croyle doesn't have the ability to develop into a quality QB?

He doesn't have any disipline
Look at him! After 2 seasons in the NFL knowing that injury was one of his biggest issues he is still what.. 180-190lbs? He seems to make no effort at all to bulk up to be a more sturdy quarterback. I'm not saying that he needs to be a 250lb monster at the QB position. But come on... Coaches, anylist, and the common man all know he is way to small and just plain wimpy to be in the NFL. He also could not TAKE a job that was trying to be forced to him. Why? Everyone says oh that was Carl. Doubt that. Herm seems to be getting exactly what he wants. So that brings me to another point. If he isn't crap, why couldn't he take that job from Huard? Herm wanted him in there that bad, and couldn't bring himself to do it until Damon was physically beaten down to a point he just couldnt go on. There is a reason why. Brodie is crap.

By the way
Just to continue crapping on the kid. Someone tell the boy to get a man's haircut. He looks like he is still 15 pushing a skate board. His hot little wife might like it. But, I believe your image makes people respect you or not. I obviously don't.

If I had the choice between
having my hot wife like the way I look and having lots of good sex and getting the "respect" of a bunch of has-beens that are more concerned with how I look than how I play, I'll take the good sex (with the hot wife, not the has-beens... Just want to be clear about that...)

Thats just fine...
But lets talk about this again when the two of you are bagging my groceries at walmart in a couple years.

im also curious
as to how one of two proven disasters will be better than the current unproven talent we have right now.  the guys are all behind brodie, let's give him a chance in a full season before we rush to judgment.

I think
This is a clear cut example of "Grass is always greener on the other side" thinking.

Maybe so...
But, would you rather be standing on a big pile of Brodie Crap, or on nice Trent Green grass. Ha, you like that one I obviously miss Trent. Seriously though, I know Herm wants Brodie, and for that reason, his career in KC will probably end with Brodies in a year... or two. I also reallize you have to play with what you have. Since we have crap, I guess that's what we'll use. But for the sake of being an instagator I wrote the diary. I know there won't be any changes. But I do like the idea of bringing in one or both of those quarterbacks. Competition if nothing else. Brodie is more than comfortable right now. He is getting the handed to him, no competition and he knows it. That's bad news. And like I said before. These guys are no worse than him, and really no better. But for crying out loud. They would be cheap! And maybe, just maybe we could squeak a little goodness out of any of the three of these guys if they all knew it was anyones job.

No QB
Is any good from their back. Give Brodie some time, I am not saying that he is Peyton Manning, but Peyton even had a bad couple of years. Wow I am talking patience, uh DJ what is the matter with me?

You are obviously suffering
I think the patient people on this board are starting to rub off on you.

You need MAWK to come back in the worst way to help you get right again!

by DJ @ Arrowhead Pride on Mar 7, 2008 7:13 AM CST up reply actions

Except
MAWK is patient when it comes to Brodie, and rightfully so.  This year he will have an improved line and something that resembles an offensive gameplan...if he can't make some improvements this season, he never will, we'll win 3-5 games, and have a top 10 pick to use on a QB in 2009.

by PVChiefsfan on Mar 7, 2008 7:51 AM CST up reply actions

That is
probably true. I do think Brodie deserves time with a decent line and experienced OC before judgement can be made.
