The Play of Damion McIntosh's Career
Boom! Boom! Sadly, that does not make him a good right tackle.
H/T DCDS.

He's been playing better
lately. It’s been really noticeable with Smith rather than Jones in at RG.
No, he’s not great, and we will need to upgrade, but RT is not the pressing need it once was.

If Damion McIntosh ever made it to the Hall of Fame
THIS will be his one and only highlight. Over and over again for 5 minutes. And Jamaal Charles will give the speech inducting him in.
I’m at work and I literally was taken back and said out loud, “HOLY SH*T!”
We may be "playing to win the game", but it seems like we're coaching to lose.
'09, a new era begins.

On ESPN last night
when they show players that screw up, they showed this play as an “atta boy.” The hosts were laughing at the Dolphin players.

After the pancakes
McIntosh was running down the field with his finger in the air. It made me spit out my drink when I saw it. I didn’t realize he made those pancakes until the replay but watching him stream down the sideline thinking Charles took it the house was funny. He was pretty darn proud of himself (as he should be)

Let's send him a bottle of
Champagne slim fast as an atta boy!
We need a future defensive leader, his name is James Laurinaitis and he can be selected in round 1 of the upcoming Draft.

Send it in CHERRY flavor so that Mac can put it on top

Always thought the reason why he was continued to play was more for his run blocking. That bubble butt I guess has some worth in holding ground.
Opinions are like A--holes, everyones got one.

What I meant to say was...
Send it in CHERRY flavor so that Mac can put it on top, of that CUPCAKE of a skill that he calls pass blocking.

HOLD THE PHONE
Look at the video again. I aint sure of the rules or not on this matter, but Tyler still has the ball in that frame. He is throwing the ball as a forward pass. McIntosh is already crossing the line of scrimmage. Was this an illegal play due to ineligible player down field?
Don’t get me wrong, because I loved the play. But Mac was not tackle eligible because there were two receivers lined up outside him before the ball was snapped. (one on the line, the other off the line)
If it was a missed call, then I am happy with the blown call by the referees, Lord knows we have been on the down side of our share this year.
Can someone clear this up?

If it is like
when the qb approaches the line to throw, his whole body has to be across the line.
Lets hope Clark lets the new GM start fresh, with his guys. Who would want a coach, who has lost twice as many as he has won in KC?

Technically
The rule is that on a pass a lineman cannot pass the line of scrimmage until the ball is caught, but you will notice on screen passes for all teams they give some leeway on the rule.
