Adam Schefter just reported that Herm told his assistant coaches to begin job searches. Schefter reported that many of them had already been making calls around the league for future employment. As much as I am ready to see much of the staff including Herm be gone, what are everyones thoughts on Chan Gailey? The entire staff other than Chan has had the chance to prove himself. There have been other reports that Herm is burnt out, and the close losses have taken a toll, is Chan Gailey an in house candidate as HC?
