The Chiefs pushed through a just under two-hour practice indoors on Wednesday without two of their offensive starters: C Rudy Niswanger and WR Mark Bradley.
Niswanger did not participate because of the left knee injury he suffered against Denver that will likely keep him out of this Sunday’s action, although the Chiefs have not said that publicly. Bradley is still trying to recover from a calf injury that’s taken him out of action for the better part of three weeks now. He was a limited participant.

Why hasn't Pat Surtain been put on IR yet?
I’ve been wondering that for a couple weeks now. Especially now that Leggett is doing better.
Where are the Rookies?
Doesn’t Robinson have any ability to catch passes? I can’t understand how our rookies have been so completely absent. Looking around the league, there are quite a few making at least some positive impact, but Franklin and Robinson can’t do anything productive in the passing game. I cringe every time a pass is thrown their way, knowing that it is another miss or drop.
Gotta disagree
Robinson is a 6th rounder that was primarily selected as a kick returner. As far as Franklin, wide receivers usually take plenty of time to contribute to the offense. I didn’t expect much out of him this year. To put it in perspective, Calvin Johnson was the best WR prospect to come out in a long time and he posted 750 yards in his rookie year (less than Bowe might I add).
