Biggest Comeback in Chiefs History?
Hello AP Faithful,
I come to you all in hopes of finding out more about Chiefs history. As a youth my Pops took to me to alot of games in Arrowhead. A particular game that stands out in my head yet I have zero recollection over is the largest comeback in Chiefs history. I don't remember when it was, who we were playing, but it had to be the start of the 90s. We were getting blown out badly to such an extent I think Arrowhead started emptying at the start of the 3rd quarter. What I remember most vividly about the game was the walk back to the parking lot. The closer we got to the car we kept hearing loud cheers pour out of the stadium but regardless of what happened everyone considered it a futile effort. I remember waking up the next morning and on the breakfast table and front page of Topeka-Capital Journal was Chiefs largest comeback in teams history. I figured since it was such a historic game it wouldn't be hard to find the details/stats for the game but I've been unable to locate anything. So anyone with an idea or info feel free to respond so I can learn more about that game
Thanks in advance

Maybe
Largest 2nd half comeback: 17 points on 3 occasions: Buffalo in 1963, Oakland in 1981 and most recently Green Bay in 2003 (down 31-14 capped by I believe a big Dante Hall return).

The 2003 ended in OT with a td pass to Kennison

Definitely not
any of those games. And if I remember correctly the point spread was much larger. Thank you though
