Dustin Keller or Leon Washington? HELP
I got a BIG fantasy match-up this week! I don't know who I should start as a flex option. The broncos are shitty against the RB's and TE's. Should I start Dustin Keller or Leon Washington???? It's a points per reception league by the way...
I've actually been the league points leader the last 3 weeks and 5 weeks total (per week [we get 10 extra bucks each week for "pimp of the week") and lead in total points by quite a bit. But I'm playing my buddy who is the #2 scorer and in first (i'm in 2nd and would take the lead due to point total) but he's got some GREAT match-ups. All of this second paragraph was just filling in words...

Leon Washington
He’s the better bet to get points. Keller’s a good TE, but they have a habit of disappearing in games too and Washington’s had some really good games lately.

I agree
every time I rely on my TE to put out some major points, he always fails to produce (except for tony of course), but even then I like Leon can do it all.

Yup
The only TEs I’d trust to put up points every week are Tony G., Jason Witten, and Antonio Gates. Winslow has his moments but he also disappears for long stretches and he’s a constant injury risk. Beyond that I can’t think of a TE I’d use in a flex spot over a decent running back.

I usually wouldn't either...
but everything says that Keller’s a great play… plus he starts… I had my mind made up w/ Washington until today. I started to question it.
My other starting backs are Turner and Addai, I got Tony as my TE.

Washington
He’s probably the best play. I own Keller as well and I appreciate his skills but except for the big three there aren’t any TEs that are generally a better bet to score points than RBs or WRs who are pretty much guaranteed to get carries. The only time you should run two TEs in your lineup is if you have two top-echelon TEs or if your other choices for your flex spot are teams’ fourth and fifth receivers.

I would take Keller
If his ping pong game is anything like his football game.
