Sprint Center Shenanigans
As I have mentioned, the wife and I are in town for Thanksgiving. This means lots of drinking and lots of sports!!! Tonight was the CBE Classic Basketball tournament at the Sprint Center. Wooo Woo Rock Chalk etc etc.
Okay so we sat through the Orange Gator game first then settled in for the main feature of the Jayhawks smearing Husky blood all over the court. Good game good game. But now the reason for the Fanshot.
You know how during quiet bits or time outs, a camera guy will scan the crowd for notable peoples. Woo, there's Charles Barkley he was in town for his hall of fame induction, everyone cheers. Oh look, there's Donnie Edwards, embarrassed wave. Who else. Wow, Larry Johnson his ugly mug writ large on the Jumbotron. The crowd erupted into a good old fashioned BOOOOOOO!!!!!!
We all laughed.
Then we all laughed again halfway through the second half with the Jayhawks easily winning the game, people streaming out and I shouted "What is this, the third quarter at Arrowhead?"
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Arrowhead Pride's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Arrowhead Pride writers or editors.

Addendum
I only turned up in time for the second game last night after eating some mediocre Mexican food across the road. Apparently Tony Gonzalez and Damon Huard were up on the Jumbotron, no booing. Shame the Jayhawks played like the Chiefs, way to go second half slump.
Blame my wife!
