Hey guys ....and maybe some girls...of Arrowhead Pride. It's that joyous time of the year again when certain players who perform in an outstanding manner are rewarded with a trip to the Pro Bowl to rub elbows with the other great players and to perform in a meaningless travishemockery of a football game. Considering our dear brothers in the east (Washington) have mobilized a massive effort to get their players sent to the Pro Bowl, I suggest we do similarly for our AFC team. Now, obviously I know that the fan vote makes up only 1/3 of the ballots in the end but it can certainly not hurt for any of us to begin voting...
I propose we actively support those Chiefs that we deem to be deserving of such a trip. I will not be endorsing any candidates (other than the title) but just leave it open to your own judgment...
I'm awesome and I approve this message...
This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of Arrowhead Pride's writers or editors. It does reflect the views of this particular fan though, which is as important as the views of Arrowhead Pride writers or editors.

TG of coarse...
I’m pretty sure he at least top 2 in receptions in the AFC. Other than that we have no one!!! Maybe Colquitt could make it, but he got set back with his injury. I think Albert has been playing at a Pro Bowl level, buy he won’t get noticed this year.

Dwayne Bowe
How bout the Bowe Show? He’s been playing great IMO ever since his game in New England. And he’s getting some TD catches this year. It would be awesome to see Branden in there but you’re right he wont get noticed

I just can't honestly vote for any of them
Colquitt would get my vote, had he not got hurt.

Tony G Deserves a nod
Name 2 te playing better than him in the AFC this year. He deswerves tro go more this year than some other years he has went. Other than that I unfortunately have to agree. Colquitt was getting my vote if he stayed healthy, and bowe is close but not quite I don’t think.

Besides Tony G
It gets difficult after that. I might have thought Flowers and Carr should get some recognition, but their stats aren’t good enough and most teams didn’t have to pass against us anyway. I would really like to vote for some of our Chiefs, but we haven’t had a lot of consistent performers this year, hence our record.

The worst the stats...
for a cornerback, the better. Most fans don’t know this, but there is a reason why champ bailey has brutal stats year in and year out, because he is the best CB in the league.

I don't know why everyone thinks Champ is so great
Good athlete, but he can’t hold a candle to Albert Lewis in man to man coverage. Is it just me?

Tony G
Probably doesn’t want to go to the Pro Bowl.
I imagine it gets tedious for a veteran.

Yeah, who would want to leave Kansas in February to spend an all-expenses paid week in Hawaii? (j/k, you’re probably right, but he can always decline if he wants to).
