20-17 Bucs
I’m excited for this game. I want to see Thigpen against a D that knows the spread is coming.
9 7 Chiefs
Bucs don’t have much of an offense either.
21 pts/game
And our defense has shown it sucks. We’ll see what happens.

Yeah it's working
The guide is saying it’s not being shown…informercials only.
I get local channels
but it’s saying it’s not on local channels. Probably just a mistake but we’ll see.
Locally "blacked out"
It’s not a blacked out game, but here in Lincoln, NE, it’s not showing on account of a way more interesting Packers-Titans game.

realize
u guys realize that was our first TD we scored in the first quarter this season.
I Have No Idea Who That Guy Is Wearing Thigpen's Uniform
But I hope we keep him around if he keeps playing like this.

it would make the rebuild
go a little quicker

Thiggy's looking pretty good...
He’s made some good decisions, showed some mobility, and pulled the trigger fast in the face of a hot blitz.
Fellow fans, if this continues, could we have a QB on our hands?
by Bleedingredandgold on Nov 2, 2008 12:27 PM CST reply actions
it's too early to say
but if he plays the rest of this season at the same level, or at least close to it, i think he’s earned a chance to compete in the offseason for the starting position whether we sign a free agent, draft a QB, or not
by The DBowe Show on Nov 2, 2008 12:28 PM CST up reply actions
i agree, however
croyle was a third round draft pick, so of course one would think he would be allowed more time to develop than a 7th rounder nabbed off someones practice squad

Thiggy’s been more successful that Croyle ever was – I say give the kid a chance.
by Bleedingredandgold on Nov 2, 2008 12:31 PM CST up reply actions
seriously though
lets not forget that he has so far played about 4.75 productive NFL quarters.
by The DBowe Show on Nov 2, 2008 12:32 PM CST up reply actions
How was Croyle
in his first 5 starting quarers?
by Bleedingredandgold on Nov 2, 2008 12:36 PM CST up reply actions
youre missing the point
i agree that thigpen has played well. but lets not all start jerking him off at once. remember a few games ago?
by The DBowe Show on Nov 2, 2008 12:37 PM CST up reply actions
Not "jerking him off"
Just saying he deserves at least the same courtesy shown Croyle, especially if he continues to play well.
Pointing to one game where Thigpen played like Croyle did every game doesn’t make him a worse prospect than Croyle, and draft positions be damned.
by Bleedingredandgold on Nov 2, 2008 12:47 PM CST up reply actions
this is herms ideal first quarter
we’ve pretty much held onto the ball the entire time. BALL CONTROL at its finest
Is this where Herm calls for 15 run plays in a row?
You guys know how he is…
Not to mention...
Who the heck are these guys playing offensive line for us?
Did Carl bring in the space alien clones again?
by Bleedingredandgold on Nov 2, 2008 12:29 PM CST reply actions
The coverage was good at least
That was just an amazing catch
I'm liking Savage more and more
He’s returning with some attitude
by Bleedingredandgold on Nov 2, 2008 12:43 PM CST reply actions
drive 3
lets see if we can get points on 3 consecutive drives.
charles
i’m liking him. he’s one fast mofo, from what ive seen.
WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!
ROOOH-ROOOH-ROOOH!

Herm Edwards
Has finally figured out that his offensive ideas need to change. Outstanding…I was worried for a bit that they were going to sit on this lead.
Supporting the lesser of two evils is still supporting something evil.
You have got to be kidding me
where the hell has this been all season?
Did y'all see Thiggy
sell that fake?!?!?!

Play of the year
Definitely for the Chiefs maybe the NFL.
The wildcat proves the NFL is a copycat league. I love it!
special team
whats going on giving up to much yards on kick off.
is any station doing online radio?
cant find the game anywhere, somehow jets-bills is more important on the west coast
Maybe it's just me but...
I never really liked either of the Barbers and I’m glad he was the one that blew the coverage on that pass to Thiggy.
Gonzo
is brave. makin herm challenge it haha.
thigpen hurt?
radio saying thigpen is hurt? got hit at the end of the play?
He was a stud at OU
Got hurt in Chicago and never got a chance.
how about mark bradley?
did anybody think he would make such an immediate impact? and what about thigpen? did anybody think he would turn it around this quickly?
Now, now...
Let’s not get too excited about a 7th-round practice squad guy. He sucked in his first start, after all.
Croyle’s short passing game is the way to play it.
by Bleedingredandgold on Nov 2, 2008 1:16 PM CST reply actions
How was that not a fucking penalty
If it was Favre it would be a penalty. Bullshit.
That's two weeks in a row
When Thigpen was obviously hit late and it wasn’t called
I really wanted that TD though...
but good effort, I’ll take the 3 pts
this was just waiting to happen
all game. our special teams coverage has been high schoolish. and how bout mcgraw? wtf is he doing in the NFL?
Thigpen = Montana
Bucks radio saying Thigpen lookin like Montana.
lets not go overboard here....
theyre probably a little miffed that theyre getting stomped by one of the worst teams in the nfl
by The DBowe Show on Nov 2, 2008 1:21 PM CST up reply actions
oh i know
i’m laughing at it. no one is comparable to Montana.
overconfidence
need some points on this one
by Bleedingredandgold on Nov 2, 2008 1:25 PM CST up reply actions
We should have had Weatherford in on that kickoff team
he would have made the tackle
another TD
lets see if we can get another TD before the half.
Oh MY Goodness
I hope I dont jinx us getting top the game this late!
