Colquitt?
What has happened to Colquitt? He was one of the best punters in the league prioe to his injury. he comes back last week and I have not seen 1 decent punt since then. Every punt today was horrible and probably cost us a few points. I am just sitting here wondering if he is still injured more than we think. Either that or he is just rusty. Not sure what to think about it, he used to be a huge weapon for us.

The punter is the weapon
Herm will take a new one in the first round…no worries. He’s good at drafting punters.

I Think
He may still be a little dinged up. Sometimes leg injuries can linger a little. But yes, he has appeared to be off.

I was wondering the same thing
Think the injury is still bothering him. This was the worst game I’ve ever seen him have.

He Was Definitely Off
I think they should have kept Weatherford playing for a few more games. Of course their hand may have been forced by all of the injuries so they had to bring back Colquitt early.

The postame radio guys had it right...
… Colquitt is dinged up, but he’s a gamer and pushing through it to play as best he can.
The harsh reality is that we can’t afford 2 roster spots for punters and he’s not hurt bad enough to go on IR for the rest of the season.
He’ll continue to rest and heal during the week (read: no practice) and should improve as the rest of the season goes on.

Hit the nail on the head
we couldn’t afford two spots for punters when we had to sign new defensive backs and DE’s left and right.

We should change the name...
From now on I’m going to refer to them as just “teams”… since they lack anything and everything “special”.
Man, our “teams” looked terrible the other day.
