Straighten me out PT!(:
I remember the play, Cutler released the ball, Turk had about two yards to pull up and did not. Oh well, all is fair in love and war!

I agree Turk Should be fined but....
I want to know how much the ref got fined for missing the call? Also, Turk should have hit him harder and maybe aimed for the back of his knees.

It Was A Fair Fine
He didn’t get flagged (the refs were horrible in that game) but he definitely hit Cutler late…it was almost three steps he had.
As for what the refs got fined, I think they’ve got to have been graded down for that game. That wasn’t the only missed call…they did a terrible job overall I though. Which is odd because as I recall Mike Carey (head ref) is actually a pretty good official.

Yeah
I remember thinking that it was a really late hime during the game.

While we're at it...
What about when Cutler lost his composure and pushed down a Chief player (not sure who, but I saw it), maybe an ‘unsportsmanship like conduct unbecoming a professional Quarterback of the NFL’ call would have been appropiate….LOL

He Got Bumped Prior To That
The bump by the Chiefs player was inadvertent (I’m pretty sure) but it caught Cutler off-guard from where he wasn’t looking so I could see how he thought it might have been intentional and retaliated a bit. No harm no foul overall, though.

Yea but,
If they call one, they should call them all, especially if a ref is right there.=)

Probably
A fine or a flag would have been merited I suppose. But I could understand why Cutler did it.

Yeah
ISU had me sweating a bit. But I also knew they’d be a tough matchup this year. I think Chizik’s going to be a very good coach for them. I also think they’re going to end up beating Nebraska, K-State, and at least two of their opponents from the South this year (Baylor and probably A & M). I think it’ll be between them and Colorado for third place in the North.
