Jamaal Charles to Play for the Chiefs This Weekend

Charles_stare_medium

After a bit of a scare last week with a high ankle sprain (usually the worst area for ankle sprains), RB Jamaal Charles will play this weekend against the Bucs.

Q: Do you think RB Jamaal Charles will play?

HERM EDWARDS: "Yes I do. Pretty good week. Limited a little bit yesterday and today. Looks good so that’s good for us."

Q: Is that a surprise after what you heard after the game?

EDWARDS: "Yeah. A lot of things were floating around. He had a little bit of a high ankle, but it’s fine. He’s okay. Tough kid."

A tough kid? That Herm has a way with words, doesn't he?

I'm getting really tired of Hermisms

I like Herm, but I can’t stand it when he says “he’s got a little bit of a high ankle”, “he’s got a groin” and “he’s a little nicked.” It gets so annoying! Am I crazy or does anyone else feel this way?

Funny!

I agree though. If we were winning, he could say anything and I’d be happy. He does have say as little as possible, so that the opponent isn’t sure what to expect.

So you've "got a frustration"?

I never have

liked him, two straight years of losing, he opens his mouth, I wanna tear my ears off.

Should sit him out for this game to make sure the ankle is fully recovered.

Herm has a tendency to play players who are not ready, and end up screwing them up further.
