The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to terms on a two-year contract with cornerback Tyron Brackenridge, the club announced Thursday.
Brackenridge rejoins the Chiefs after originally entering the NFL as a rookie free agent with Kansas City in 2007. He registered 16 tackles in 13 games last season, with one start, and returned a fumble for a 50-yard touchdown. He was in training camp this season with the Chiefs, but was released prior to the regular season.

So who is getting cut?
This one comes out of nowhere…
That sucks because
Jamaal Charles felt that he was the only person the “might, maybe” catch him. The secondary will be torched by more “Meece” (plural for Moose) in the future.
Oh sure.
Get burned on one little pass that costs your team a game they could’ve won where they outplayed the opponent on pretty much all but two plays (one big run and that little pass play you failed to cover well)and lose your job.
Stupid ‘holding people accountable’ bullshtuff.
I always
like Brackenridge better than Patterson. Seems like a better cover guy.
That's rough
One missed play and the kid gets cut. Sure, there was probably more to it than giving up a touchdown but we ALL know Patterson didn’t lose the game for us. I wish Herm would be cut after his next dumb decision on Sunday…

Yea....
I figured that if they had added him then they cut Patterson…
What are they gonna do? keep cutting them and signing the other back? odd…
I hope he didn't get cut because of the one play
it wasn’t a blown assignment, it wasn’t bad coverage, he was right there and he got beat by a veteran wide receiver and a hall of fame qb. that stuff happens. bob gretz indicated that maybe patterson is maybe hurt and moving to the injured reserve or something.

Will Brackenridge
Hit Brandon Marshall in the tally-whacker again? Or celebrate a TD, and drop the ball before he crosses the goal line again?
Blackledge...Brackenridge...in the end the decision results into all the same results :)
Just keep matriculating the ball down the field boys.
