...and we all know it's a business and there's a possibility of fans not going to games which might be a cause/effect.

...I decided to lighten up the situation by asking the question.

Personally I think the city should retain the naming rights ala Cleveland when they moved to Baltimore and were renamed the "Ravens", however anything can happen.

As a follow-up, if we didn't retain the naming rights, but the league approved a new team, what would your new Kansas City Football franchise be called?
