Damion McIntosh to Play in the Season Opener

It sounds like he has a good shot to do it. I heard after the Rams game that he would be back, so we'll see. From yesterday's coach's press conference:
Q: Does Dameon McIntosh have a chance to play against Houston?
EDWARDS: "Yeah, he's getting better. He has an outside chance."
Q: Is he going to be practicing on Monday?
EDWARDS: "We think so."
Very, very good news. Hopefully we don't have to see any games with Will Svitek as the starting left tackle.
