Herm:

"Well you see, I've been in this league a long time. I was a player in this league. I know this. One thing you try to do is build with young players. But you need a spark.

"We just didn't have enough draft picks to provide that spark. But we're fine.

"We knew going into the season that some things were going to have to go right for us. Venus and Mars needed to be in alignment, Jupiter needed to be in Sagitarius, and we thought we could get Tamba Hali to sacrifice a goat for us, but it didn't work out. But I know this, we're fine.

"One thing I can tell you is... those guys on the line played hard. Sometimes they didn't play very good. But we had good practices and one thing I can tell you is... I was a player in this league and believe me, I know what I'm doing.

"But at the end of the day it doesn't matter that we were playing with guys who couldn't be 3rd stringers on the Falcons. We're fine. You play to win the game!"

Was that verbose enough for Herm? Maybe I need a few more paragraphs.
