I think we have seen the "Team" with Damon Huard at quarterback and we most all agree we would continue to be a .500 team with him. I think he is very reliable to remain as a backup quarterback and there is nothing wrong with that. He has his 5 years in the League good for his retirement and if something happened he is proven as a capable backup for any injury to our quarterback.
Now, its time we take Brodie's diapers off, and let him take his new team through the reminder of the year. We need to get him the experience of week to week bangups, trials and errors. I would much rather invest in what he might be able to do for us, than continue the way we are going, for the rest of the year.
I think Denver made the right choice with Cutler making earn his do with a sub par .500 team. He will only appreciate his status as a winner once they get back doing what they are capable of.
If and I am only saying if, Brodie doesnt show much for our future, we may be able to get someone through the draft, again.
