More interesting stats from Football Outsiders. Its not entirely crazy to think that at this point, a quarter through the season, the Chiefs will be contending for the division. The header numbers in the above table show the odds of the Chiefs getting each seed in the playoffs. The division, first round bye and wild card are the other scenarios. TOT represents the total chances of grabbing any playoff spot. Last week the Chiefs had an 8.4% total chance of making the playoffs.
Mean wins represents the average number of wins over Football Outsider's 50,000 simulations. As always, interesting stuff there that you really can get lost in.
