A NBC reporter

is reporting from Leawood and he just called the fans there "the salt of the earth". Thats embarrassing. I would never claim anybody from Leawood, who probably watch the Chiefs' game in a strip mall, franchised bar.

too sure about Trent Green. I was surprised to hear the commentators talking about Trent retiring next year. I don't anticipate that happening but it definitely could.

Not sure

Looked pretty good on that last drive.

I just don't know about Green. Husband thinks Huard would have done better, thinks Trent's timing is off.

I'm just not sure.
I think part of the problem is the play calling. Solari is not adventurous enough. But of course they have gone for it TWICE on fourth down today. Why didn't they do that against SD or the Ravens?

Anyway.

I think Trent is off

and that Solari's play calling isn't as bad as a lot of people say. He's just rusty after being out for 8 games. Probably anybody would. Still, I think we should have stuck with Huard.

Denver

After the Turkey Day game, my husband offered to send me out there for the game. I have a girlfriend out there who is a HUGE Chiefs fan.

They were great seats & the Chargers fans were tolerable. They all think they are SB bound. Told them I had been to that dance before with Marty & wished them luck. I really hope they go out in their first game - they were pretty cocky.
